Floyd Don Davis
Floyd Don Davis is the founder of Davis, Kessler & Davis and continues to lead the fight for his clients’ rights. During his 41 years of practice, he has served two terms as the elected General Sessions Judge for Franklin County, Tennessee. He began his term as General Sessions Judge in 1982 and he served as the General Sessions Judge until retiring from the bench in 2004.
Upon retiring from the bench in March of 2004, Mr. Floyd Don Davis formed the firm of Davis, Kessler & Davis and he maintains a license to practice law in all Tennessee State Courts, United States Federal Court, Eastern District and the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court to date.
Mr. Floyd Don Davis’s reputation is well known throughout Tennessee for tackling the tough case and taking the tough issues to trial. He is well revered for leading the fight against insurance companies and is well known for never selling his clients short. Mr. Floyd Don Davis has received numerous awards throughout his legal career and just recently his firm, Davis, Kessler & Davis was named the best law firm in Franklin County, Tennessee.
