Robert Floyd Davis

Robert Floyd Davis is a graduate of Baylor School where he attended as a boarding student for all four years of high school. During his time at Baylor School, Robbie really fell in love with Chattanooga. After Baylor, Robbie attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration. After Knoxville, Robbie went on to graduate from California Western School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. After law school, Robbie went on to further his education by earning a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Mediation and Dispute Resolution from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. Robbie received an “Excellence for the Future Award” for his work in the Mediation Clinic.

While in California, he mediated in the Riverside Superior Court System where he successfully resolved disputes before the parties had to go through the stress of trial. The mediations involved family issues, restraining orders, neighbor disputes, unlawful detainers, and collection cases. After spending time meditating in the courthouse, Robbie started mediating disputes for Ashford University and the University of the Rockies that involved student’s claims against the University staff, faculty, and policies.

After marrying his college sweetheart in 2013, who is also a Tennessee native, Robbie returned to Tennessee to join the law firm his father, Floyd Davis, started. Robbie is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Georgia, and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Robbie focuses on personal injury, contract and family law and brings a new energy to the practice of law. He will aggressively advocate for his clients’ desired outcome and sees that no stone ever goes unturned. Robbie also serves as Municipal Judge in Decherd, Tennessee.
